IMO its always bad to compare yourself to others in the game of poker. As far as telling how good someone is. FT percentage and ITM % are good stats to look at to get a general idea how someone plays. Tournaments you need a ton of them to really tell how good someone is. But as far as comparing yourself to others. I don't think you should. Its bad for your game and could force you to play incorrectly to try and match up. Its just bad news to compare yourself in poker. If your focused on your own game and continually working on your own game. The numbers will come. If your going to look at others stats then do it for self improvement. Watch them play and see what they are doing. Some of them are just playing more volume in which case their numbers are going to be higher of course. But even when you can't play , by watching others you can learn something.
