Well, I quit drinking sodas a few months ago and I haven't hand any caffeine since. I just had a 16 oz cup of coffee and I feel like I smoke crack.

i gave up coffee years ago - for 3 months - had company one day and made expresso - well started vacuuming and cleaning right around my company - never gave up coffee again
