well when something like this takes place, usually the person sending the paypal sends the money first. but have seen it go the other way.

umm first its not paypal shes trading second she would have been sending the money first, putting points in escrow means that they are in limbo until the person with points recieves the funds then he releases them into her account its a way to protect both parties
