Siegle suites across from unlv, is decent, safe enough for men, and a walkable distance to the strip. I've stayed there many times If you can get another guy or couple to stay with you the two bedrooms have individual baths with double sinks, walk in closests king beds wi fi cable washer and dryer full kitchen and fully furnished and all inclusive for about 1200 a month total. That's if you pay per week.

the 2 bedrooms are that much? someone on another forum told me they ran about 700 a month at some of their properties. I think i am leaning towards the Bonanza Property which from what i am told is basically the strip the studios run under 700 a month. do you know anything about the bonanza property? like if its clean, safe, etc?

It sounds familiar but I'm not sure where it is. If I saw it on a map I could tell you more. more than likely it isn't in a great area but if your bringing your own car it will be fine. The studios are quite a bit less and look more like a regular hotel. The two bedrooms look like small but nice apartments.
