How do you get a new topic on Forum?

How do you get a new topic in Forum? I go to a bunch of concerts and would like to talk about them and maybe talk to people in my area who may have been at the show.

Monday night I saw Dylan and Mark Knopfler at the Wells Fargo Center in Phillie. What a great show. Bob was actually dancing on stage.

How do you type a reply and where do you type it.After i learn that i will tackle that i will try to do a Reply With A Quote because i am not doing this for 5 pts.Really..........

What I really want to know is how the hell do you view the post you are replying to while you are typing. This all seems very complicated.

Thanks Joe thats what I meant. Make it a level along the lines with Movies and the Sports level. That way it doesn't have to be posted in off topic but will have a level of its own. Does any of the administrators monitor these posts because I would sure like to see this happen.
