congrats! so i think i can continue smoking till get married and have a kid :D

I started with cigs when I was 7... but I quit in 8 so I am healthy now :DD

took me three tries but smoke free for 8 years now

start doing some exercises, it helped me a lot to stop smoking. Jogging, swimming, work out .. something.

You should stop smoking, it's bad for the health :D
