I like you mike but your background check is fair. I have loaned you before and it was unacceptably late. There is no reason why you should ever not be able to pay a loan on time. You should always have a plan about how you will be able to pay off the loan.

You are blaming people for being nice to you and giving you a loan because of your history? That's completely idiotic. If you defaulted on one loan it wouldnt affect your status. But 24 out of 46?!?!? Not only is that completely disrespectful, criminal and inconsiderate, but it's probably the record on this site.

You wrote this thread to ask the community if it was fair that you were labeled a scammer and high risk - UNANIMOUSLY we all said you were. So are we all wrong, or are you wrong?

Finally, your concern should be getting out of debt and off of the wall of shame, not what your scam level is - you are the last person that should be thinking about taking out a loan EVER AGAIN.

Well, Im getting offline, and there is a very good chance i wont have internt access for a long time again and wontbeable to defendmy selfs from what some might spew. ,imight be gettinga laptop soon, but that's all up to a generous loving family member.
My loan is paid now and im not in default or in the wall of shame.


Before I go, I just want to greatly stress the fact that I have never scammed anyone here. EVER. im just a freeroll grinder started here and grinded my way to the top 10 all time wins on this site( was first at one time).
I am one of the good guys here, and if u need help I would love to help you with advice, insight on your game. I love poker, and I love Pokerowned.

Inever asked anyones opinion. I brought this outrage to a few's attention.

I wrote it and I feel it is very accurate. It says nothing about you scamming people, just that you won't pay back loans unless if you win something and that is a fact. You stay on the wall of shame for months continuously and the only way you get off is by winning b2b with coupons you purchase with points that should go toward the loan.

User borrows with no intent of paying back, unless if he wins something. Constantly on wall of shame for 2 years now, and will state in chat that he could care less. If you loan, consider it a loss

secondly i dont care what bs excuses you use, you have admitted to everyone here that you "helped teach them the site" meaning you logged into these other aliases from your ip thus linked theirs to you'res meaning there is a high chance you could do again

thirdly you default ALOT you have been seen in chat doing trades for points/money when you have WAY more in your account than is needed to pay off the loan maybe one way to solve this in future is to upgrade the WOS to show who the loanee owes points 2, so that if we see a user in default a mod can pm said loaner so they can use the debt collect feature to take any and all points out of the account

lastly you have had not one, not two but three mods comment here that they stand by what was said, thats hefty weight, the background check isnt going to change, and the only reason you dont want people to see the threat level and the aliases is not because its unfair but because it is entirely fair and accurate and you know you wont be able to scam people, normally id argue that scamming and defaulting are 2 different things but borrowing without the intent to pay back on time by deffinition is a scam, you are a high risk member and you should be dealt with caution

Thecomment is totallybias and opinionated. I have never stated in chat that i could care less, Poofy please, i would never say that,iam a just a dedicated user that defaults alot, and the last default was for over 8 months, a statement like that would be more suffice. I am always have intent to pay back loan, thus being default 24 times, i have paid back when i was able.

The thing is that you do not try and earn any points to pay back, you stay in default for months at a time, and using points that you should be earning to pay back, playing in the games instead. You don't take your debts seriously at all and it is really frustrating to watch.

the thing that scares me the most is that you really believe you have done nothing wrong, you play the victim pretty well
FACT you have logged onto another account at your pc
FACT that will link you to the accounts perminantly
FACT you DO NOT pay back for months
FACT by definition taking money off someone you do not intend to pay back on time is a SCAM, if you intended to pay back on time but for whatever reason couldnt then it wouldnt be a scam but the amount of times u have defaulted and for the length of time you have defaulted means you are scamming people

but the fact you do trades openly in chat for more than the value of your loan and dont pay back shows you have no intent to pay back thus making you a scammer

i always default, but i do it ON PURPOSE to get my loaner more points

Maybe he has not scammed anyone here, but the guy has scammed $5 on another site. I mean, really, this guy straight-up stole 5 fucking dollars, never to return to the site again from what I can see ($5.50 transfered to his account for a MTT, he never confirmed transfer, never played MTT, never communicated on site again)

Given this guys background, certainly PO could see how many IP logins he has made with each account in question to tell if he is 'possibly' been playing all these various accounts at one time or another as a multi-accounter... Why would I need to log-in to someones account to help them??? I have helped many people on many poker sites, yet never logged onto anothers account.

What is on someones mind or inside their head to start a thread like this given the total background?

I cannot defend myself on PartTimePoker Staking Forums. I fucked up ,and totally screwed the staker.

As far ascardschat, they are very evil, i have never did anything wrong there.they banned me after i requested to start playing there freerolls.
