Anybody on here who went to culinary school" after 15 years inthe banking game i am changing my career path and going to cooking school looking to own my own resturant one day i am looking for someone to talk too who have done it to pick their brains so excited about this i applied for choped as well on the food network show pm about dishes you make or whatever:cool:
Helped manage a restaurant that was owned by my family but we sold it after a couple of years when we weren't getting much out of it. But can't help too much, gl in your career. Its def a good idea to talk to a lot of people with experience, but dont know if you'll find a lot of ppl here. But you never know!

I know alot of people who watch chopped. It is a very interesting show because of the things you have to cook with.
