well if you live in the UK play pokerstars or fulltilt they have the most players by far
Non-US, pokerstars/full tilt, hands down
US, what PO offers freerolls on are considered some of the bigger US-friendly sites. I'm a fan of ACR/BCP and Bovada personally.

I used to love Merge network but Im all bout playingn on Bovada. But I do like what BCP offers for payout. seems to be super quick and convenient. They give you a prepaid debit card and reload it when you withdraw funds and my buddy said it takes like 5 weeks to receive but after you already have the card then its like 3-5days for them to wire the funds into your account
obv pokerstars there is nothing better.
PokerStars hands down for non-US players. Merge, despite all of their blunders, is still a very good network. WPN is working their way up. Their player base isn't as large as Merge's and their software isn't anywhere near as good. But the people who run it seem to be very dedicated to making it the best site. As far as Bovada goes, I'll never get used to their anonymous tables and I'm always suspicious of other players when I am at the mercy of the site to protect me from collusion.
For US i think Bovada is the best bet. Alot of fish out there. Not that many tables but they seem to be soft.
In the uK it would def be pokerstars. the second best would have to be full tilt poker.

For US players I think the best options are Carbon poker and Bovada. I enjoy Carbon because it has a sportsbook that is easy to use and i like the graphics in the poker room.
