A question to end the blammer around here (yes, Blammer)

Okay, so I've seen a lot of threads about how Carbon is rigged, etc, and people are right to question something like how some1 with a great commitment to the game can be beaten by some1 just starting and stuff (on a regualr basis).

The question doesn't arise when talking about live play unless the casino in question is known for being faulty.

AND, the question doesn't arise when live chess players play online, unless the 'move' was made out of an incorrect line of c+++ (computer writing language).

So, I ask you THIS question: "Would you stop playing if your straight flush was beaten by a royal flush?"

Think it wouldn't happen? It DID! AND, it was done between my gf and I while we were playing live.

Even if the particular Random Number Generator that Carbon uses is a piece of garbage, as long as you are prepared to accept that it is what is is, and we all play within it, then the only rigging required is your initial seat. I think the RNG is crap, but I still make steady ...low... profit. In the long long long run, I always will, as should any other decent player.

watte29, when are you gonna win some PO money? Just concentrate---don't worry about your tourney life and play like you're gonna go all-in every hand.

Merge network isn't rigged, they just have a terrible algorithm for dealing cards. There are many stats out there taken from many years of live card play that you can compare it from. For example, You should be dealt a pocket pair 1 in 17 hands dealt. Not on Merge, I have seen as many as 60+ hands and not even poket deuces. If you don't believe me then just do a search for poker odds and compare them on merge, then go to pokerstars and compare them. Pokerstars has a much better algorithm and the stats prove it. So, it's not that Merge is rigged, they just suck at programming......IMO
