Yeah they have a one account per skin rule, its on the Terms & Conditions page. Under the Help tab in the main lobby of Carbon/Aced
Yes, u cannot have 2 accounts in any poker room
If you don't have Aced, you can get that, its on the same network, and you're not breaking the 2nd account rule

There are. Only one account per player. All sites have that rule I believe.
You can either open(a account) one at aced or PDC. Gl in your challenge
