This is one of my poker pet peeves...

ugh i hate when ppl keep their chip stacks to the side like that, really weird keep it in front of u like everyone else, LOL cant even tell there his really..i mean you can if ur paying attention but alot of ppl do this and it can get very confusing lol

I have no clue why they let people do this. Like if you cant keep em in fron of you you dont need them LOL I agree RV your not special keep them in fron of you like EVERYONE else..
Hmm, don't play enough live games to understand, but ya, I see where it can get confusing in a laid back setting, full table, and people drinking, lol.
I can see where that can get confusing, but on the other hand he can focus on his cards more and keep his chips out of the equation.
I would never have this happen to me,,,, "Because I'd never have that many chips".

Yes, I can see how it can get confusing at a full table or if everyone is doing it, but if it is just him, then it shouldn't be a problem.

I do this? I don' think it is that big of a deal. If I'm constantly using chips from the stack at my side isn't it obvious their mine. If it's that big of a problem then I'd change I guess, but it's just more comfortable for me.
If I was there I would be grateful he has them there. He would be less likely to be playing with them and making annoying noises with them long after he has folded his hand down. This is one reason I like online play, I do not have to hear the chips rattling.
