depends. if you get rivered or riveres some body, any way , some times i wish the river does not exist in poker
I hate river !!!
Welll I mean lets be honest everyone loves the river when it works out to their advantage and but as soon as it sucks for them they hate the riveer :)
I have mixed feelings, in a loose game i love the river because your drawing hands have higher value with the greater number of players seeing the flop, and a curse in a tight game because thats when your aces get cracked often. at least thats what it seems... nothing is worse then flopping your set of threes and some guy holds on to the end to catch his flush...then again nothings better then putting your opponent on a high pocket pair at a 1/2 casino game, thus getting the implied odds to hit your two pair or better draw and get paid off when you hit it
sometimes I'd say the river is beautiful,,,,, but sometimes is a horrible thing,,,, the respect or value Rivern hand or social strata, or even less, the river is very strong sometimes,, ,,, friends say no but this is poker

generally the best hand holds from turn to river....and it is frustrating when someone draws out on you, but thats the reality of the game. It happens to everyone. Thats why playing with an adequate bankroll is essential to winning cards, as i have learned....
Absolutely hate the river, no doubt about it. It's killed me way more times than it has helped me.
well, river is a part of the game.sometimes it'll make you earn money sometimes it'll make you lose your bankroll. :D
Its a love hate relationship :) haha
Definitely, especially as a player who watches his players and tailors his moves that each specific player. You find yourself in a great spot against a super aggressive player with say a set...then bam he completes a double gutter or some crazy draw and you lose hard. Its those ones that stick out. I played a hand at the grey eagle in calgary, where i flopped a set of threes with a J10 of diamonds on board. i check raised a 75 dollar bet on the turn when a blank landed all in for another 250. guy says well i have a flush draw and i know you are good but i call. then, of course, an A of diamonds.
you want those situations to happen though, because most of the time that guy pays me off.
Itīs depends.... If i am winning i can hate....but if i need one out....
