Ha I know how you feel man. I used to make the same mistake all the time, but I have learned to keep pot control oop and to respect people's raises and re-raises. I think one of the biggest leaks of a beginner is that they don't respect other's bets and they overvalue a preflop hand or TPTK. Maybe you can evaluate your game from that day and try your best to plug up some leaks you noticed and win your money back another day. Good luck man.
