I really like the edge that I feel that I have in PLO8. I like NL holdem, but I like winning more.I have won a $5 rebuy for $447.50. I won it last week. I am going to play every PLO8 event I can over the next few weeks. I see guys on merge that play these events allot, and make really good money. will keep you all apprised.
Just because you won one event does not mean you are a specialist.
No, I am just going 2 specialize in PLO8 for a while and see how it goes.

what does the 8 in PLO8 stand for i know its Pot limit omaha and then what?
im pretty decent in omaha hi 6 max cash games.. dunno how that would transition over to omaha8 never really tried
and fireworks the 8 stands for the low hand 8 or better to make a low.. so omaha8 is basically omaha hi/lo
Good luck, but winning one tourney doesn't make you a specialist. You need to do it on a continuous basis, and I do wish you luck.

The 8 stands for 8 or better. It is a hi/lo split game.
