I think i would play the smaller events and hope i placed well enough to get into the main event. If i cant beat the smaller event players what make me think im gonna be able to beat the players in the main event!

yes the smaller events ~ id have a hard time spending $10,000 on any one thing

Haha I remember this thread, I would use it to satty into the 10k, then use the remainder to play other small tournaments.

I would spend it all in penny slots...can you imagine the comps i would get after blowing 10,000

I would play the main event, I have always played well in tournaments especially bigger ones

i would definitely spread the 10k out over a number of smaller buyin events (along with playing a few sattys into the main event) because everyone knows that it is better to have quite a few bullets than just whole roll everything into one mtt. Who knows along with playing a few smaller WSOP events i might win a satty into the main event anyways and get the best of both worlds by being able to play a couple of smaller events and still being able to play the main event. Wishful thinking if you ask me though.
