Hecklers, whiners, and railbirds oh my!

Well I have been back playing online for about 2 weeks now, and I can't help but notice the breakdown in civility that has taken place in cyber-poker. Don't get me wrong, there have always been guys who yip and yap like like troll-chihuahuas; but now its absolutely out of control. I lose a pot they heckle me, I win a pot they bitch and whine; they coach at the table while giving such ABC muppet advice that I pull muscles rolling my eyes. Perhaps its because I'm starting from the bottom and grinding upward, because the guys at the levels I'm used to playing take beats better than these guys who are losing pennies. Seriously, how pathetic is it to 'Hellmuth' at a micro-stakes level? I'm not sure what level its healthy for these cardio-fibrillators to play at if they can't handle a .25c swing. Seriously, I can't wait to get past the salt mines, because they are full of troglodytes that think they are renaissance men. Its funny how little they actually consider the odds will on occasion deal the anomaly. Would you put one bullet in a revolver spin the chamber and point it at your head and pull the trigger? why not? BECAUSE IT HAS A BULLET IN IT! And you thought your hand was invincible why? Shut up and play with class and composure, or find another hobby, its for your own good. Quit bringing down poker with your antics, no wonder US friendly sites have such little traffic. Because they are full of rude loser Americans who feel entitled to win every pot because they watched the WSOP on a big TV. Whaaa Whaaaaa , these games are rigged because I'm not Stuey Ungar, WHaaaaaaaa. Wrong. The RNG does not know you, or care about doomswitching you because of your pathetic $1000 withdrawal. People withdraw massive amounts daily, crazy how the RNG misses them, but targets your speck-like account. If its rigged why do you still play? Good players take bad beats period, because the money goes in ahead the majority of the time. Great players move on, stupid players let it affect them. Obviously you think your good; but are you great or stupid?

Agreed fully. It also has alot to do with anti-collusionary efforts. Imagine how frustrating this dynamic is to the kids talking on skype at ring tables. Theoretically this is what "POTRIPPER" was supposedly dis-proving with his super-account.

I think the main reason is because unlike FTP and PS, Merge has no chat moderaters, lettin words like dik ass bi tch wh ore cun t go through but words like bet or fulltilt pokerstars be blocked, and there is no way to report abusive chat, imean u could e-mail em but they dont care if they cared they would have something in theprogram to call a modorater to the table review chat and block/ban absusive players

I like your thread and agree with you on most part,how ever I am one of those people that believe online poker is rigged.Why I play? Its peoples right to believe its rigged, lolz, I can't disprove that. But I'm saying it does not single people out and punish them. Its just a nasty algorithm that prefers dramatic finishes. Focused players adapt, losers whine and call people names.

That was one good thing about PokerStars,,,you could call a mod to the table in a matter of seconds or a minute at the most. They laid down the law or you were banned from chat.

With all due respect, anyone who heckles me or anyone else at my table in a tourney with less than life changing money at stake isn't my friend. But my opinions on dignity and class while playing a gentlemans game are antiquated, I can accept that. Fact of the matter is kids these days are punk bitches who enjoy trolling online because no-one can snatch them up by the scruff. I can only assume they get pushed around and bullied all day in life and this is all they have to feel balanced. Sooooo whatev's, I can chat block, no biggie. Yeah, good luck sir/maam" Thats how you should treat people who are new to the game. Not ridicule. What do you haters want? A bunch of old nasty grinders sitting with you around a table insulting each-other while they play nothing but ABC poker and the rake kills them by attrition? FRIENDLY GAMES PAY MORE. This is the LOWEST level of competition in forum-freeroll land. Who on earth brags about results in little league?!? You should be grateful that this forum provides you with the opportunity to build a bankroll for free from nothing. Great post bro!!!! I am not or have never claimed to be a pro player as most do, but i do enjoy playing. There was a time I enjoyed the chat butt have since muted all chat because of the crap that goes on!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
