Been meaning to post again about my Horseshoe Casino trip to Hammond. Well needless to say I did not do well in the WSOP tourneys (was just card dead forever). However I did get the opportunity to play a new casino game of "Holdem Poker Bonus" and well heck yes. In just 90 minutes I was able to make a 3k profit. Yes made 3k in just 90 minutes.
The pit bosses were asking me how I new to make the bets that I was making and then winning. The other players at the table has never played in tourneys or even at a cash yable and were betting on total crap.
In this game the only person you have to beat is the dealer (that's it just the dealer). And the other players around the table were even telling what they had (believe it or not). Now with only one deck being used at a time in this game and the other players telling you what they have in there trwo card hand, well hell anyone who has ever played a cash game can take all this into account and most of the time beat the dealer with a simple high card. If any of you get the chance to play this game do so. A great way to recoop any losses at other tables or to bank roll you at the cash games as well. The 3k I won paid for the whole trip plus profit as well.

Goodluck. That sounds like a whole lot of fun, I haven't played live at a casino in quite a while.

It's definitely is different from playing online. I did a satellite tourney in Macau once and it was unbelievably soft.
