I believe the same etiquette that is expected in the pokerowned.com chat room should be expected in the pokerowned.com tournaments...

i expect idiot users to be able to edit there chat if they wish to do a multi quote it isnt hard to do just because you are after your 5 points :)

I think those jerks are just trying to get people angry or on tilt a lot of the time. I usually just ignore them. If you give them the time of day, it usually makes them go on even more and makes them never shut up even more. I agree with you that I'm also glad there is chat block tho. Although, my own tuning out can do the same trick. ;)
