So the way I inturpet this letter, it says any and ALL means of promoting gambling offered to NV and NJ players....wouldn't that be the client as well? There is a buy in and a risk of win and loss. Or am I wrong?
Client is based on points.. Its like other sites that offer points only for sports betting.. Legal because you aren't depositing money, you earn the pointsQuote:

It will all get worked out. Those companies will have to be legal or get shut down by process of elimination. As soon as they figure it out, it will change again. Election years always bring lots of changes.

This seems like a really brilliant idea and i do not think that anyone has presented a reason as to why it wouldn't work. If we are using points to play and not depositing money it isn't the same as using merge or acr for freerolls. I hope this works out.
