Tilt is one of the worst bankroll killers in poker. I have seen many people flush their rolls because of it. The best advice, and as simple as it is, that I ever received was "there is nothing tying you to the table." Very simple words. Anytime I feel tilt coming on, I take a break or a walk and clear my head. This is a game of concentration. If your concentration is broken, you cannot win.

I share your sentiment. I often find myself scrambling to recover after a bone headed decision. I try not to blame anyone other than myself when things take a downward turn. Sometimes it's best to take a breather and learn rather than tilt.
