you've taken my points and I don't have a coupon to play in the freeroll... WTH.. are yall really a joke or can I put some faith in yall
hello.... what is going to be done about this? I want to play in a damn freeroll.. I did the damn tasks and earned my points... converted them into a ticket for the 4:00pm pacific time freeroll and have been denied... I am furiously upset with this site... seems to be a hoax
if you didn't receive your ticket, please make sure you used the right screen name for the ticket to be issued to. If it is wrong you can change it here: http://www.pokerowned.com/forums/changescreenname.php
Coupons are sent automatically at 30, 45, 55, 59, 04, 08, past the hour
Make sure you have the right name on carbon its the name you see on the table.
If you entered the wrong screen name, you will be refunded your points. You need to enter the name you show up as at the tables.
I sign in with the same name I put on here...
You need to use the name you show up as at the Carbon tables, not your login name here
ok so how do I change it.. I just found out on carbon they have my table name different

No problem, that's what we are here for. As long as no one else on Carbon has the screen name you entered the first time, your points should be refunded.
