If you are truly just playing for fun, then just play the small stakes, it makes the bad beats less stressful.
Sometimes its good to step back and take a break......I know when I get frustrated, I just take a break for a couple of weeks and then come back refreshed.....I hasn't help my game any, but it has my mind.....lol
