Hrmmm, wonder if I should even chime in here. If you explain to Carbon and provide all the docs necessary and get someone who is reasonable on the other end of support you can get them to open up transfers for you. You just have to explain to them that you, and others are able to fund your poker account w/o a deposit, but, are more than happy and willing to supply all the necessary docs for them to be able to prove who you are. It will take some back and forth but, you should be able to open up transfers. Anywho, GL all.
