It's hard to play chess online becuase you are not used of it, when you get use of it you can play really good, but you actually not going to have the same feeling as live.
Same goes for Poker

Chess and Poker are very similar and need certain strategies.

I love playing chess, but I hate playing it online. And Chess is nothing like poker, funny how you can say their similar

We had a private Chess League in college. We were unsanctioned, but all the local Boston schools had a private team and we would grind weekend tournaments. I miss those days!(Nostalgic Smile on Face) :)
