Ed Soares contributes to the "Chris Weidman didn't really beat Anderson Silva" narrative while saying he believes the UFC great will return to the cage after his traumatic leg injury.
GSP says that the UFC not having his back on his mission to clean up performance enhancing drug use is one of the reasons he stepped away from the sport.
ocuments made public last week suggested that top staffers in Christie's administration orchestrated the traffic logjam in Fort Lee as payback for the failure of the town's Democratic mayor to endorse the governor for re-el
GSP called it quits following his unsuccessful effort to improve drug testing in mixed martial arts and a brutal split decision win at UFC 167. Now he's speaking out against the UFC 'monopoly' in the sport.
I think its shitty of GSP to start talking bad about the UFC now that he stepped away...imo he stepped away for other reasons then drug testing issues but because Dana White isn't to happy with him walking away after he got his ass kicked but still was awarded the victory and not giving Hendricks the rematch he's going to start bad mouthing the company that held him high and made him a shit ton of money...I think its a low class act on his part...and this is all just my opinion

Dana White on Brock Lesnar return to UFC: 'It's definitely a possibility'
I would love to see brock back in the cage but for his sake I hope he's been training this whole time he's been away..while dude is a beast I don't think he could win vs a JDS or Cain V....but he almost always puts on a good show!
Anothony Rumble Johnson is a free agent. will the ufc try to pick him up again?
i would like to see, the ufc pick him up again, not the best fighter in the world, but has some nasty kicks as well as he always brings it
Lorenzo Fertitta 'extremely disappointed' to hear Georges St-Pierre's comments
"It was extremely disappointing to hear Georges make those comments because I don't think any organization has embraced drug testing as we have," Fertitta said. "We have not only agreed to pay when the commission has said it wants to do enhanced testing, we've encouraged it. We have no problem with testing. When we serve as the commission [in areas out of the country where there is no commission], we test everyone on the card so we are thorough and there can be no claims of bias.

Stefan Struve: 'Don't worry, I'm coming back'
UFC heavyweight Stefan Struve has been out of action for nearly a year after being diagnosed with a heart condition.
a funny thing about GSP's comments...I didn't read them but from what I hear it was about fighters and the abuse of roids...Well just look at Rumble Johnson..if that guy didn't take roids then im a little girl in a pink dress...that guy is 3 times the size he was when he first enter the ring...and it seems like he's gotten that big with in the last 2 or 3 years...no one gets that swollen with out help!..just saying
Rumble would cut down from 220 to 170, so he was always way too big for the weight class and that was why he did not make it. Maybe he took roidds maybe he didnt, but he was always very big.
TUF 11 vet Kyacey Uscola was found guilty of multiple domestic violence charges resulting in life-threatening injury to the mother of his child. Next month he'll be sentenced with a potential penalty of 13 years' prison time.
Anthony Johnson looks great at LHW, he will be a contender in the UFC in the near future.
Chris Leben retires from mixed martial arts. I feel it was good timing for him to do so.

Ufc on fox this weekend. Who you guys got for the main event? Im picking henderson via decision
Ben Henderson by Unanimous Decision.
Stipe Miocic by KO
Jeremy Stephens by TKO
Donald Cerrone by submission
Sergio Pettis by split decision
Eddie Wineland by KO
Yaotzin Meza by submission
Daron Cruickshank by TKO
Mike Rhodes by Decision
Walt Harris by TKO
I agree with every pick you got at least who wins, except im going to take chico camus over meza
ill be rooting for Mike Rhodes and Sergio Pettis...a couple of local boys for me...and im not sure who I want in the main event...on one hand you have Ben Henderson who my favorite fighter Anthony Pettis has beaten twice...it seems like Pettis is the only one who has Henderson figured out...And then you have Thompson, who has a similar fighting style to Pettis ( Pettis is way more unpredictable and more athletic ) and who was also next in line to get a shot at the title..i guess I want to see Thompson win so I can see Pettis beat someone new..lol

well looks like we are blessed to see take 3 of Pettis vs Henderson, Pettis being up 2-0 after the 1st two fights and imo if Henderson fights like he did tonight he will have no problem taking that record to 3-0 vs Hendo...not a big fan of Henderson but he usually puts on a better show then tonight..he better step his game up if he wants to finally beat the Champ!
One think tonight that was a bummer was Sergio Pettis' loss..unfortunately I didn't get to see this fight because im in the hospital due to my girl giving birth to our son and this place doesn't have the channel the fights were on..i did hear that the younger Pettis was kicking ass until he got caught in a rear naked choke..sucks but im sure he will bounce back!

#3 "Suga" Rashad Evans vs Daniel Cormier
UFC 170: Rousey vs. McMann
Sergio Pettis is so raw in the sport. He one the first round, and I gave Caceres the second because he dropped pettis. Pettis has a long way to go to hang with guys in the top 10. Best of luck to him though
A welterweight matchup between Jake Ellenberger and Tarec Saffiedine previously scheduled for Singapore earlier this month is back on for UFC 172 this April.
