Dwight to the Lakers

Looks it will be final this time. Really excited, being a Lakers fan, to get Dwight and only having to give up Bynum and not Gasol. I thought Philly got a real good as well since they wanted to trade Igoudala because of his big contract and now having a franchise center with all their outside shooting. But Orlando only getting a few players-no big names and getting protected first round picks? I thought they couldve done a lot better especially with the draft picks but o well. Now they can actually hit rock bottom and start fresh. I hope Dwight will get healthy asap since back injuries can really hurt a career. Hope Lakers knew what kind of shape Dwight was in. Looks like Dwight will miss some time at the start of the season but still very happy.:D:D:D

I would say OKC is a tougher matchup than the Lakers. Im not saying they're a better team than the heat but a young core of Durant, Westbrook, Harden, and Ibaka are only going to get better. They're just reaching their potential. Obv a healthy Bosh and Wade combined with the best of Lebron is a great team but think there are 3 teams standing above the rest. Unless a surprise team pops out of nowhere...

Being Argentinian, I must say that dwight (among others) have truly kicked are ass yesterday, so probably the team incorporatign him will have good results lol

The Lakers now have a strong veteran line up. It will be interesting to see how a full season turns out!

There's only 4 - 6 teams in the NBA that even have any kind of chance to win the title. I love it! Screw competitive balance, I like to see stars play together.

I love how there are few good teams. Better than having 1 super team. Plus other teams have chances and theres a salary cap unlike baseball which i dont think it has lol. Great season coming.

I really cant stand these over rated players who make too much for doing nothing , can they even read or write? We put to much emphasis on entertainment instead of what really counts.

I wish Phil was coaching the team......It would be a lock then.

I hope they got some,"walkers" with this deal. The Lakers are starting to look like my local quilting club..LOL...Just kidding, there is certainly something to say about all the experience on their roster. Should make for a great season if everyone can stay ?healthy? Good Luck! My money is on the Heat! Those kids finally got a taste and I have a feeling they are going to take it to another level this upcoming season!

What dont you get about that? He played really well end of last season when he finally got in good game shape. He's their best defensive player and lakers dont need a lot of offense from him.

yup that could be good but this is literally the Lakers only year to win. No guarentee Dwight even stays. Kobe is gonna fail numbers wise dramatically prob after this year, Nash is no youngster....good luck!

It will be real tough for all the other teams in nba cause he is a very good player

I dont know if this will be for years, maybe 2 yrs or 3 yrs at best. Lakers woulda been really dangerous if they had Cp3 even if it meant no Pau Gasol. Cp3 is an elite defender and Nash is kinda suckish. OKC will give the lakers a lot of problems. Hopefully Dwight will be able to stop all the stuff inside.

Sure this will benefit the Lakers even more as he is a outstanding player and even tho I am not from L.A. I am a huge Lakers fan ;)
