Not a nation wide thing though ... nothing this century yet has been a nationwide "HOLY CRAP!" moment (Phelps golds was amazing but he wasn't an underdog)

We can go by states if you want but that was not my intention when i started this post,also Miracle on Ice was last century.So,what STATE or city has won a championship in ALL PRO Baseball,Football,Basketball and Hockey since the start of THIS century..........

It was the first time a team has comeback from 0-3 in over 100 years of Major League baseball. I'd say that qualifies.

Phelps at the olympics was great. And the US soccer team, both men and women, had some incredible games with late goals. Those were some great moments, unfortunately they couldnt win the world cup...
