I really liked this movie. My expectations were low so I guess not hard to please me but this was a nice surprise. Definitly recommend it

I had higher expectations, but still thought it was good. Funny as hell when the ape yelled NO. haha. pretty cool tho

The original and the new movie is a reflection of their time. Worries about nuclear war was in the forefront in the original, in the recent one it was updated as concerns from a virus pandemic or another man-made catastrophe is put on the table. It will be interesting to see them tie it together.
Tim Burtons version was pointless, it only concentrated on giving the audience a twist, a bad one at that.
Haven't seen this movie yet but the reviews weren't so great on it so I don't know if I will watch it.

Yes, the famous quote is in the movie, but I was a bit disappointed by which character said it even though no-else could really say it, so I cheered then groaned.
Ceaser is The Bomb.
Also, there are easter eggs sort-of for the tie in the future. I counted maybe 2 or 3 times, but its quick. It would make no sense if you havent seen the original.

They should make a remix of planet of the apes.
We will say its planet of the apes/ rounders and it can be set in the poker client
yeah i watched planet of the apes the old one, still have to watch the new one...
watched the one with walburg but have yet to see the newest one looks like it might be good though
I thought the movie would be bad but turns out it was actually pretty good to my surprise!
I thought it would be bad, but everyone said it was 'awesome' 'best movie ofthe year' so I finally watched it last week and I thought it was mediocre at best/childrens movie, I guess since movies suck so bad these days expectations are alot lower.
I give it 2/5 stars, and would recommend it as a must watch. =)
