Deadliest Catch is pretty good. I can't stand Amazing Race. Comes on after football and after 60 minutes, always screwey with the DVR and I dont watch commercials lol.

In colombia there is a nice Tv show called yo me llamo is very funny and have had achievements.
all tv reality shows are a complete bullshit
but If I had to choose one it would be Spanish GH
