I watched like half of season 1 and never got around to finish but I liked what I have seen so far.
don't think i've ever seen this show , what network is it on?

yea i have seen a couple of epsidodes in season 2 .. the one where the black guy,, cant remember his name, he plays omar in the wire shoots the KKK dude when he is in the back of the truck leavin the robery. Awesome show. Mob life in the 20's! who do you kow that can tell you what itwas like? THE SHOW!! woo lol
Seems like every show HBO makes is awesome, Sopranos, Entourage, True Blood, Curb Your Enthusiasm and now Boardwalk
For an Hbo show this is boring and slow.
I like the sopranos and my wife likes True blood,but i watch alot of Fox network myself like sons of anarchy!

Just started watching the first season of this show. Looks pretty good so far.
the show is decent for HBO shows, I like Veep. I think that show is funny as hell. But as for Boardwalk, its an OK show. I tried to watch season 1 when it came out because it looked decent but i got bored of it. Then I watched a few episodes maybe 1 or 2 of season 2, then I heard that Jimmy got wacked so that was shocking that they would kill off a main charater so early. Im sure Michael Pitt was kinda pissed he got killed so early since the show will prob go to like 5-6 seasons. That= Major $$$. I think HBO was paying Gandolfini (Tony Soprano) like 1MIL+ per episode. Id rather watch Sunday Night Football than Boardwalk. I might start DVR it and watch it later.

Just finished watching the first season. I think it's very good.
Im rewatching the entire 1st season and 2nd season to catch up so I know exactly whats going on. Ive missed several episodes here and there.
i finished watching 4 seasons each of californication and air crash investigations (old bbc documentary but interesting for airplane enthusiasts u get to learn exactly how and why new technologies were invented in our latest airplanes) now im hooked onto game of thrones!!
anyway to get hbo by itslef yet? without some kind of bundle? maybe online?
I don't think so. I watch stuff from HBO on Watch Series Online for free, Full episodes - Watch Series which is free. You just have to find the sites that work.Quote:
