Most Dumbest Call Ever ~

I was deep in a tourney with about 100 people left out of around 1500. With 30,000 chips and the blinds still at 150/300, I was feeling comfortable. To my right was a Player (X) with 32,000 chips.

I felt sleepy and started to drift in & out of dreamland. Just at this moment, Player X goes all-in in the small blind after everyone folded to him.

I swear I thought I had place my cursor over fold, sensing that I might check or fold a K 4 unsuited. In my sleepy mood, I simply hit the left click and I was all-in. I WAS SHOCKED!! Player X turned up Q Q. OMG!! :mad::confused::(

I spent the next hour swearing to myself!!!.. Wat a dumb move!!:eek: Just like that, I finished 72nd place.. ZZZ

Yea thats pretty dumb. You should listen to some hannah montana and kill a house cat.... But not yours maybe a neighbers

To me the worst part of this story is that you couldn't stay awake during the tournament, but once you messed up and lost, I'm pretty sure you find it very hard to get sleepy with all the anger you were feeling.

I've also been sleepy in tournaments and messed them up because of that (not like you did though ;)) so I know the feeling. I always tell myself, why the f... couldn't I feel as awake as I am now (angry at myself after losing in a stupid way) during the tournament?

U know the only thing waking me every hand was the beep sound when it's my turn lol... Other than that I was totally poker-drunk..

damn that's the worst...i hate stuff like that...also wen you're multi-tabling and u go to click a button on one table and suddenly another table pops up cuz its ur action there and u accidentally click all in or something there, completely unintentionally...that shyt is so frustrating...i've heard ppl say its bad to click the 'check/fold' box and just wait until its ur turn to act, but if i knowww im gona fold no matter what position im in then i always make sure to check that box just to make sure i dont make any mistakes...

you'll have that sometimes.... better luck next time

mis clicks happen ... easier said then done, but you just need to let it go emotionally there is no since in compounding one mistake with another.

yes the multi table is the worst for me I can stay awake and alert for a long time.

Ha , that really dumb :D I too missclicked one time KK on Heads up match and folded ...

I had always used a desktop computer to play my online poker. Once I got my laptop I ended calling a really bad all in in a cash game from touching the mouse pad on the laptop, I have disabled the clicking on the pad and only use the buttons now. It cost me about $18.00 to learn this lesson.

some times we all do dumb calls..... keep playing tight u will come around

being sleepy sucks... i to have done that..... take the next one down

the moral of the story is pay attention to what the hell you are doing :)
