This is a penny re-buy-all-in-donkey- shove -fest . They will push-in with anything, Players will often re-buy at the minimum after the blinds are higher than the re-buy, and keep shoving after the add-on period is over.
I played in one hand today where there were 6 re-buys at the minimum buy-in that went all-in and all got knocked out at the same time.
BTW - I entered late in this tourney, had only one re-buy, and won a whopping 79 cents
