pushing allin with a pair of Qs i've did many times over and usually won because a Q usually hits on the board 70% of the time anyway.so calling with AAs is not a good call in this case.gotta think he had something when he went allin.

It really hurts when crazy shit like that happens, but you should be glad that people are making calls like that and have to catch crazy 1 outers to beat you. It means you're playing good and variance will catch up with you.
