I am just saying been running card dead as hell and getting beat going in with the best hand
going all in with K9 cause you cant wait for Ak is not card dead its being inpatient, lol just fn around itll get worse before it gets better gl
man im getting cards if I wait, but damn, these 3 or 4 hour games, thats not good enuff.
imo if you find yourself carddead on your normal range of cards you play, mix it up a little like small suited connectors or even 109 off sometimes..mix it up..gl
Like gametime said, plus sometimes I feel like I need to take a couple days off when I'm dead like that. Most of the time, you were running good and now your impatient. Take a day off and get back at it. Gl at the table.
I know it's good advice to take time away when you are running card dead...but it's hard! I mean you've been losing and all you want it to win some money back. Makes it hard to step away.
Ill take the card dead before the bad beats anytime. Sometimes you have to throw a bluff out there to make em give you some good cards lol weve all been there, sometimes you just have to be patient.
Me too. AAs? KKs? I would lose that hand because people would call no matter how I bet. And then they hit.
we all notice card dead sooner than we recognize running like GOD
I am always card dead.
And when I do get cards they get beat.
i can relate to getting impatient so playing like the king 9 but at this site the underdog wins so keep that in mine
I think being card dead happens to me in client more than anywhere else.
If you're card dead, you just have to be more patient: )
Yeah, it happens to us all from time to time. you can either take some time off or try to play through it.
How many hands do you play every week?
I play over 5000 hands every week. :D
hope your card get done
I'm like the card walking zombie but mostly my own fault
yes me too would take card dead before bad beats have alot of bad beats on carbon thats their style
Even thought I was really card dead in the beginning of the tournament you shouldn't give up.
Your card dead might turn out good.
i couldnt agree more with this. ive sat more than an hour without playing a single hand in MTTs and won. one time in a 45man superturbo on FT i got KK and my internet cut out. i have no idea what happened in the hand except for me timing out pre but i ended up winning the sng anyway so terrible things work out well? i guess thats what im saying here.
Being card dead is just the worst feelin in the world. I know what you feel and I have definitely been there. Patience is #1 friend when card dead tho :)
i hope you have better luck next time
I just tilt so much, I never stay around until the good hands, I think.
better to know you're card dead and fold, than to call thinking u got a shot at it
i havent gotten to a final table all month and it is not because i was card dead just too many people calling with nothing on getting it on the river
I play slow but this situation is verry inconfortable...tilt again
drop now and play micro and keep playing until you get lucky - tourneys for me - or play play money and be a friggin donk there. Or you get you know, make yourself play some video games. I have to parental control myself regarding my PC games, and I store that pw away in the tenth acct. But when I want to stop myself from poker, I ravage through 10 accts one by one to get that pw and unblock myself from my games.
this is end of the card
I know the feeling just cant seem to get a win going.
just came off a week of this and missed some big games that i thought were played sunday and come to find out i was autofolding all day saturday. sigh
People always say they are getting their money in good, but until you post some HH it is hard to believe. Post HH and get advice on specific hands. Just saying your running bad in a thread isn't going to help your game one bit.
yeah it goes around, hell iv been card dead for a month or more really sux
complaining will definitely change your luck! you r a smart guy!
Congrats, I been card dead all my life
