Hate to be the bearer of bad news but that is not a royal flush. Looks like Pair of 10s with AKQ kicker. In PLO you can only use two of your hole cards.
That's not a royal flush you can only use 2 cards from your hand and three on the board. You had 3 in your hand that you needed for the royal.

I've playing along time,10+years,and have only got a sraight royal flush once.I was plying a ring game and it happened so fast i didn;t know about till other plyrs commented on it.never saw one of those,good hand,wow,stuff like that...
