This idea initially started out as a tournament of champions and I think that some emphasis needs to be placed on that. With 4 tournaments a day and an average of 30 days a month that is a possible 120 different winners. Even with potential multiple wins by players and/or some not showing up for the tournament you are still going to be guaranteed a a great turnout without having to cap or do anything too fancy. Pretty easy to get list of winners and say hey this is when the tournament is and this is the chip structure and what you can do should you win and become eligible. Winning should be held in the highest of regard.

- 5 chips every tourney played for a possible total earning of roughly 600 should you play most tournaments that month with the average being closer to 400
- 5 chips for every survey over 25 points for a possibly unlimited amount of chips but lets say potentially 2 a day would equate to about 300 more chips in a month
- 10 chips for every ITM and on average most make ITM about 25% of the time so that would equate to about 300 more chips in a month
- 50 chips for every win which you may get someone who breaks out and has 4 or 5 in a month for maybe another 200-300 chips but on average it will be more like 50-150

So here you are rewarded based on your overall monthly activity. I think if this tourney has a guaranteed starting stack of 1000-1500 with your average bonus stack varying from 500-2000 we would then have stacks ranging from 1500-4000 with an average tourney size of close to 50 players who earned entry by winning which is exactly where we want to be imo.

Doesn't get much simpler than that.
