I think if the donkey wins they should get an extra incentive.. Just for being the donkey.

Seems like a pretty good idea. The more that participate and the longer the donkey last, the better the payout.

I can make it 50 point buyin or whatever people want.

I mean, if you are the donkey and 10 people opt in, 50 points will get you 500.

If its just you and the donkey left, and you outlast him, you win 500 points.

If 2 of you outlast the donkey its 250 points each.

So it can be very few, or can be a lot of points. Each tourney would be different.

I could add a progressive prize pool for the donkey. The only issue is, how to make sure we have a different donkey each time. The system would have to make it even.
