like i said...its kinda hard to clearly know exactly how much he took from each person....those points should be donated to a community freeroll for all players...

imo they should go to the insurance fund, there is alot lost there on defaulted loans, and maybe it can help get some paid faster.
of course if it is known who they were and defaulted on or scammed, the points should pay that off.
