I just find all this quite amusing how they put the hammer down on poker over and over again. And still offer sport sites, fantasy sport sites and horse racing sites who are now raking in millions no trouble at all. Maybe its just me but damn I always thought gambling was gambling regardless. Don't even get me started on state and multi state lottery's and bingo rooms for old ladies, and also I used to be a big time bowler ( I know I'm a dork ) but I used to win thousands tax free with 50/50 pots and all kinds of cash prizes that were tax free and unregulated.

We will see how this goes but I believe it should be legal in all 50 or none this state by state thing some letting you do this and some only letting you do that is for the birds. Example TVG, only legal in about 20 states. and casino's I can take 3 steps over the border into OK or LA and gamble all I want it's not regulation it's just inconvenient.

In the end sorry Zab you got to break it down and build up again that sucks.
