This is what multiple, at least a half dozen affiliates received from the New Jersey office of the Attorney General. http://www.onlinepokerreport.com/wp-.../05/Letter.pdf They are threatening a lot of these sites with penalties, but my question is why not just cut the residents of the state of New Jersey off of these sites? I guess it may not be that simple, but it is a shame for the government to use their time and resources, and citizens/taxpayers money to do this.

Simple, squeeze play by the 'legal'sites, they don't want the competition so they are using their regulated status as a weapon

after i saw that letter, i wondered the same thing too... if its not illegal fro rest of us to play on bcp rt now,,, why cdt we jsut ban people from the banned states?? but that mite have been too difficult for zab to enforce any waysss...

It's not a hard fix per se, but time consuming and you'd have to be sure EVERY place it's advertised for non reg sites is blocked, hard to micro manage unless you did a total block, which would be so strong you'd even be blocked right this moment for example since atm in NJ, i don't think zab wants to go to that extreme

When will you add the legal us rooms? And do you have a list of some? I'm definitely staying, just want to know what the future bodes.

Btw, I would be interested in Play tourneys on any sites, and then possibly you se up the winners to receive points on here whoever wins. I don't know, but it sounds good.

One can still earn points, play in client, and redeem for other valuable cards/gift certs. Where I come from a $25.00 cert used at Walmart, puts $25.00 in my pocket that I can spend elsewhere. Some of us even like the social aspects of this place and enjoy each others virtual company.
