I am talking to a designer now, and this is one layout \ suggestion he had:

I will always say that blue is good. A) it is my favorite color and B) several studies (that I am too lazy to research and post links to) will tell you that people respond favorably to the color blue, more so than most (if not all) other colors.

As far as layout: I don't really notice much difference. Looks ok though. Would probably be good to give the site a facelift considering all of your upgrades. Would the chat-box be in the same spot it is now?

There's a few things I hate though..

I hate that the request refund is hard to find.

I hate how the Bounty + Poker client box is to long....

The promotions page is WAY to big, I should put them all on 1 page with images or something.

All on one page is a good idea or even categorized would be great. Like all debit card offers, credit cards, surveys, newsletters.............so on and so on
