New Upgrade - Fraud Control -

I implemented the changes.

If you see a new person in chat or someone gets blocked from the following:

- Marketplace
- Poker Client
- Loan Shark

What this means is that they are a new member, they will have to PM to gain access. It is NOT hard for me to tell who is the multi-accounter and who isn't.

What this does is, basically freezes any new users points to 1 single account. They cannot move their points.

So if you see someone legit, just tell them to contact me (Even though it tells them that when they try to access one of the above)
