Lottery, RAF & Raffle Upgrades

Small Upgrades today..

Added Solve Media to Lottery (Yup, it gives a little revenue to the site)

RAF won't give you any points for 48 hours (This is being abused badly)

Raffle upgrade, new users won't be eligible for 48 hours either

I must be out of the loop, what is Solve Media, and what is RAF?
I think the 48 hour wait is a good change.

Solve Media is a bot checker

RAF is refer a friend
