I cant see doing the PS home games for 2k+ points when I have at least 3 a day here running

Well, I don't see any point in doin away with it. People are still playing it, you can't have too many good tings going on. You should have an affiliate account at PS, and your link should be in the HG info, and that promo alone should be getting you PS sign ups under your name.
But I guess its too late, already been cancelled.

I dont think we need Homegames anymore
Well Id let the Home Games do the talkin, not a couple of ppl who arent playing them. If the numbers decline then cut it, 20 ppl were playing it in the first 4 days of March.
I woulda kept it running with the PO Poker Client too in the month of March, (especially if a season was already started), then at the end of the month make a decision, start a thread like this, sticky it to the top so everyone has a chance to see it, add a poll etc.

The other thing is, the HG's were scheduled at 1500 ET. Thats during the work day for 75% of America. I would make em at 1900 ET.
Its only a once a day event, its not like its really gonna draw away from the PO Poker client.
