honestly don't get this @ all. I think that the points in escrow 4 insurance purposes is not very well thought out. 1st, say someone stakes a player for $5 and requires a player to put up 600 points. 600 points in relation to a min cash is nothing. If a player plays and cashes in a $5 tournament, he/she will @ minimum get 10-15 $$$. So in reality, what good does it do to have 600 points as insurance.

You are correct, its nothing. However, it's something.......

Would you stake someone $5 and 0 points OR
Would you stake someone $5 and they put 1200 points?

You might be more inclined if you made them put up 1200 points in case they run off.

Power hath descended forth from Thy hand. Our feet may swiftly carry out Thy commands.
So we shall flow a river forth to Thee And teeming with souls shall it ever be.
