    When you have the enough points to buy the pass (100 points) you have to opt it, then go to the 1st page and click show pass.
    One minute before the tournament starts it will be shown

    It sucks, but it happens. I've had it happen a few times. Best advice is shrug it off and play again, as there was nothing you could do
