There is radio loyalty which gives 5 points every 10 min, it does pay on delay.
Crowdflower is fast and easy when you get the hang of it.
If you are going to do the offerwalls, not everything converts, check the whats working section to see what others are converting.

In offertorro, look for ones that say sign up confirm email. Those are easy, you just need to watch your email and spam filter because you need to click a link in there.
