Beginner here on tilt now. How do you stop it?

How do you handle Tilt? Im on tilt because i spent points got the password, went to register prior to tourney start and the password screen would not pop up i tried and tried in the short 3 minutes you have to register before the start of tourney but then had to watch it start with out me so now im on tilt and cant even spend my time playing in another game because im on tilt over this crap. So question here is how do you combat being on Tilt?

I had just a few hours to play today and now i can't because im on tilt over the stupid freeroll on bovada!

    You can request a refund.
If you are on tilt then don't play. Take a walk, exercise, do something else. If you have a huge sense of urgency to play then you are probably going to lose your chips.
If you truly can't handle tilt then poker might not be for you.

This same thing has happened to me a dozen times back when I played on Cake.
The solution was pretty simple. I would ask for a refund and I would have a bankroll
available on several poker sites. Eventually I did end up leaving the forum for a little over
a year due to the frustration. But Cake went away for me a U.S. player. I have found other
tourneys on this forum to enter and being unable to register for a tourney happens to me much less frequently.

When you're on tilt, it's always good to spend time away from the game, regroup and get back on track.
