I bought a carbon tourny coupon with my points and I can not find it. It does not show up on carbon. Yes I used the right screen name too, any help is appreciated.

coupons are automatically given out ever 20 mins or so. You will get it don't worry. It will show up in your tourney entry coupons on carbon

How often are coupons sent from the site to us?
Coupons are sent automatically at 30, 45, 55, 59, 04, 08, past the hour (You can see we try TWICE after Late Registration begins). So 30 would mean 10:30, 11:30, 12:30 etc.
